Join Kentucky Living and the Kentucky Beef Council at Bowling Green Technical College, where culinary educator instructors will
prepare lean and tasty beef entrées.

Chef Riggs and Professor Hunt bring a combined experience of more than 40 years in the industry and teaching Culinary Arts.
A certified Executive Chef and Culinary Administrator, among other awards and designations, Chef Riggs will prepare a classic
Beef Bourguignon.

Recipient of the New Horizon Award of Excellence in Teaching, Professor Hunt will demonstrate Chipotle Adobo Meatballs.
You’re invited to taste the dishes, learn from the pros, and become part of the Kentucky Living podcast at GBTC.
