Roger is currently seeking an Associate of Arts degree and an Applied Science degree (Air Conditioning) at SKYCTC and will graduate in May. He will travel to Austria shortly after graduation and study two management courses for five weeks. Roger is also a joint admissions student and will join his wife this fall at WKU. He plans to pursue his bachelor’s degree in Technical Management.
“I am very excited about this opportunity to study abroad. Receiving the Gilman Scholarship is a great honor. When I return, I will help promote the program at SKYCTC this fall,” said Roger.
SKYCTC has the mission to improve the employability and quality of life of south central Kentucky citizens as the primary provider of: certificate, diploma, associate degree, and collegiate transfer programs; college and workforce readiness programs; workforce education and training; and adult and family literacy.
