On Thursday, June 16, 2016 the local chapter of the Kentucky Restaurant Association (KRA), with additional support from Rafferty’s Restaurant, presented the Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical college (SKYCTC) Culinary Arts Program $7,000 to provide scholarships for area high school students pursuing culinary arts degrees at SKYCTC, as well as grants to area High School CFS Teacher for their classrooms.
State KRA President Stacy Roof presented the check at a press conference held in the Culinary Dining Room at the College’s Main Campus on Loop Drive in Bowling Green, Kentucky The event took place as part of this year’s SKYCTC Chef Camp.
